Hi there! I'm Melda Kincaide the owner of One Virtual Click, LLC.


After working in the corporate world as a Paralegal for almost two decades, I decided to start a business as a ​virtual assistant after becoming a caregiver for my mom. I enjoy the flexibility of creating my own schedule, ​and I love helping others reach their goals. No matter what you need to ensure your business succeeds, I can ​provide it all for you. Above all, I take away the stress, because I believe that operating in your zone of genius ​equates growth.

  • Social media management: Scheduling and posting on social media platforms (Limit 2 accounts, 2-4 posts per week, up to 2 edits)
  • Content creation: creating basic graphics
  • Basic website management: Client providing content updates to include on their website and social media platforms
  • Social media engagement: Responding to comments and direct messages to provide excellent online customer service

Mobile Notary Services

Stamp on Table of Notary Public in Office

We are a mobile notary service provider for the state of Mississippi. We offer flexible hours to accommdate your busy schedule.


The Mississippi Notary Public Fee is $5.00 for each signature/stamp.

Mobile Notary Services include an additional travel fee based on location. This fee is in addition to the $5.00 notarial act for each signature/stamp.


General Notary: Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Wills & Testaments, etc.

Loan Signing Agent: Auto loans, Refinances, Buyers/Seller Packages, etc.

Non-Notary Services: Proctor, Field Inspector, Permit Runner, etc.
